Morning After on day before Memorial Day
If you're slinking around the house on this upcoming Sunday morning, you could do worse than to tune in to 91.3 FM (ONLY if you're within 20 miles of Newark) or punch a few keys and click to wvud.org and listen to 3 hours of carefully chosen and mixed music by yours truly. The Morning After is a radio show broadcast each Sunday morning from 9:00 until 12:00 from the bowels of the Perkins student center at the University of Delaware.
For this week's show, I've got stacks of CD's from Brad Mehldau, Dr. Lonnie Smith, Bettye LaVette, Drive By Truckers, Danny Gatton, Kings Go Forth, Stanton Moore, Anders Osborne, Trombone Shorty, Bonnie Raitt, Hypnotic Brass Ensemble, joey DeFrancesco, and some surprises. There's always at least one song, one artist that may surprise you.
