1, 2, 3, Taping

From Eric at East Ethnia, here's his take on the Hungrian PM Gyurcsany situation. One of his links got me to dreaming.

Dreaming of the possibility that a recording of our leader would be discovered and the first words would be a carbon copy of P.M. Ferenc Gyurcsany's.

"There is not much choice. There is not, because we screwed up. Not a little, a lot. No European country has done something as boneheaded as we have.

"Evidently, we lied throughout the last year-and-a-half, two years... "

Yes, this and bringing me the head of Dick Cheney would be a most wonderful dream to have happen.

Let me now slip off to sleep.

Comments:
Yeah! Me, Too!

Imagine! Last night I had the strangest dream!

Well, if we're all young at heart...it can happen to us that our dreams come true.

P.M. Ferenc Gyurcsany - the man made history. Let us hope some others will follow - over there and here....

...which would not be a bad idea, at all, Alcessa.

History's going to have our guy as the worst prez since....Millard Fillmore. But a lot of good, history's doing those of us who are living through it and the kids taht are going to have to live with it.

My take is that the Bush Presidency is the tipping point of the downward slide for the US of A. We will be the Great Britain of the 2000's.

"Bwing me the head of Dick Cheney?"

He'd only grow a hundred more.

Alcessa, thanks for your comment. Yes, I'm still working on MY One Origianl Thought and hope to have it done before my ashes are spread.

FCB, He is a Greek Mythological Horror, is he not. The only redeeming feature I find about him is that unlike the rest of us who have tried and failed, he really has attained that level of "I really don't give a rat's ass about you or your opinion!" and has consistently maintained it. I truly believe he doens't give a hoot as to how he ends up in history books.

He truly is a "Richard".
